Madison PTO Proposed Bylaw Change
The Madison PTO is proposing the following edits to Article III of their bylaws. Please reach out to board@madison-pto.com with questions or comments. Voting on the proposed change will occur at the March 3 PTO meeting in the Madison Media Center from 6:30-8pm.

ARTICLE III
MEMBERSHIP
SECTION 1. VOTING MEMBERSHIP Every parent or guardian within Madison Elementary is automatically eligible to become a voting member of the PTO. There are no dues for membership in PTO. Voting membership will be established when the parent or guardian:
- Completes and submits a signed application form to the PTO Secretary; OR
- Attends the September meeting or 2 other meetings; OR
- Attends the September meeting or 2 other meetings, is a staff member of Madison Elementary AND a guardian of a child that attends Madison Elementary during the current school year; AND
- The PTO board has voted to approve the membership. Voting privileges will begin at the next meeting after their application has been approved and be valid for the remainder of the school year.

9/23 - 9/27 | Madison Spirit Week
On the week of September 23rd, Madison will be celebrating Spirt Week.
- Monday: Comfy Cozy Day/Pajama Day
- Tuesday: Hat Day
- Wednesday: Class Color Day
- Kindergarten: Grey
- 1st Grade: Red
- 2nd grade: Blue
- 3rd Grade: Purple
- 4th Grade: Green
- 5th Grade: Black
- Thursday: Sports day
- Friday: Madison Wear
9/26/24 | Bingo Palooza (3rd Grade - 5th Grade)
- Time: 5:30 - 7:30pm
Bingo Palooza is a Title 1 sponsored event that encourages families to work together with teachers to make sure all students get the support they need to reach and exceed grade level standards. This is a fun family event where student can earn prizes for completing tasks, bond with staff, and enjoy a free meal together.
9/19/24 | Bingo Palooza (K - 2nd Grade)
- Time: 5:30 - 7:30pm
