General Funding Request

Use this form to request funding from the PTO. This form is not needed for prior approved funding requests (transportation grants, teacher reimbursements, etc.) but should be for things that we do not currently have in our yearly budget.

Some examples would include:

  • New gym equipment and supplies
  • T-shirts and related items for our Destination Imagination team(s).
  • Purchasing of a Cri-Cut for general Staff usage.

The PTO is interested in any / all of your ideas. One of the main questions we ask when deciding to fund something is "How will this help the students?" and "How many students will this help?" so the more you can speak to that on this form here, the better it will be.

We process these requests at our monthly meetings, if for some reason this is an emergency, please email us immediately after requesting funds.
